5 Simple Rules to Help you Lose Weight

  1. Fill a two litre jug with water and add a slice of lemon. Ensure that you finish the entire jug every day.
  2. Clear your living and work spaces of any snacks.
  3. Weigh yourself every day and set a realistic weekly target weight.
  4. Chose to walk at any given opportunity rather than rely on transport.
  5. Don’t add sugar to your tea and/or coffee. Keep away from soft drinks too.
